You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.Please call the hotel from the free phone at the hotel information board by the train station. The hotel can pick you up for free between 08:00 and 18:00 (after 18:00 only if the porter is available.)Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We stayed at the Hema apartment (family of 4) and could see the Matterhorn from our living room window / balcony. Amazing! Everything was squeeky clean, very helpful and friendly staff. The location is very quiet at the end of the village and reaching the Matterhorn Glacier Express gondola was possible and easy on ski. Would go back anytime, highly recommend.

The hotel is beyond any expectations - great view of Matterhorn, cozy rooms, quite close to the ski lift (10 min walk), and the spa! 10/10

Hotel a calm setting even for Zermatt, with very welcoming decorations and exceptionnally kind and precise staff, a true opportunity for relaxation. The free transfer to the train station is a huge plus. There is a train station closer to Gorgegrat which is much closer on foot the hotel via hiking than the main station in Zermatt. The terrace with the amazing Matterhorn view is perfect for sunbathing with a cocktail.

Nice and quiet hotel. Very spacious room with a view to the Matterhorn. Resort has a spa and a restaurant, we eat there once, food was good. A bit far from the village center for those who don’t like to walk taxi or bus is an option to get around, wasn’t issue to walk for us. Staff were fine.
