Location at Zermatt is everything, and they provide complimentary shuttle service from station. Breakfast was lovely though small spread. Rooms have beautiful mountain views and beside there's a popular Italian restaurant, Decathlon and Migros just beside.

The hotel is very well located 5 minutes walk from the station. It is just off the main street so was nice and quiet. Our room had a view of the Matterhorn and from our bed we could watch the sun turning its peak pink as the sun rose. Priceless. The breakfast had lots of choices and was nice and fresh. We would certainly hope to return. An added bonus is access to the rooms is available an hour before most hotels which as we intended to arrive by a certain train was the reason we booked in the first place.

The lady at the reception even help us to order taxi free of charge to the train station early morning for our journey with Glasier express at 7.30am after our breakfast in the hotel.

We were unable to make breakfast due to catching an early train but the staff made us very generous lunch boxes to take with us.

5 mins walk from the train station and supermarket around the corner. All shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were lovely. Hotel was able to store luggage till check in.

Nice and cozy hotel, room always warm just waiting for you after a frozen day at the Matterhorn. Excellent breakfast, big bathroom and perfect location.
