Likes - The location is just right at the point, from where the Matterhorn can be seen. - The staff is super cool, welcoming and cooperative. - Excellent facilities - Spa, Common microwave station, cutlery, etc. - Free pickup and drop facilities using e-cars from / to Train station to / from hotel - We got a room with a great mountain view Dislikes Absolutely nothing Highly recommend this hotel for any number of days.

A really lovely hotel where the staff are super-friendly. We had a fantastic large room with a view of the Matterhorn. Zermatt is not huge but this hotel is in a fantastic location, halfway between the train and cable car stations. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Zermatt.

The view. Best view of the Matterhorn directly ahead sandwiched between two forested hills and next to the river. Amazing.

The room was very big, the breakfast had big variety of food, the wellness area was very relaxing. I definitely recommend it to everyone. I can't wait to be back in Zermatt to stay again at Hotel Bristol.

The hotel is very cute and curated, recently renovated, nice interior design. The single room is right in size and is comfortable. Breakfast is great. The little spa with three different saunas is very nice and clean. Unfortunately the heating did not work, and i got blamed for not having reported this before 17:00, so they just dropped me an electric stove and i had to carry it to my room. I would have preferred more attention on this issue, for this i cannot give the maximum rating.

Very nice experience staying here! The staffs are nice and helpful! The room is neat and comfortable. The experience is out of my expectation, I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Zermatt
