We loved the location of our room. We booked the women only private room and had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn, the only issue was that we woke up to a man on our balcony. He said he was enjoying the view but I thought we were in a women only floor.

Very great location. I stayed in an 8-bed dormitory, in which the arrangement of beds is quite thoughtful so that people sleeping on the upper and lower bunks would not disturb each other. Some beds even have good privacy. I arrived at the hostel a couple of hours before check-in time. The official letter said that additional fees would be charged for storing luggage in advance. However, the hostel not only provided me with a large luggage room but also did not charge any fees. Much appreciated!

The location is amazing, right opposite the train station which is great when it’s been snowing & you have luggage. My view from the room window was great. I was in a single room & it was bigger than I thought, it felt spacious for its size. The kitchen is a great addition as eating out is expensive. The shared toilet & shower were not used by as many people as I thought.

The Location was perfect as its just infront of the zermatt terminal and gornergrat bahn. The staff who assisted us was so friendly and accomodating.
