Location is good & from our room we can see Matterhorn. It is very beautiful especially in the morning. We can see reddish Matterhorn. It is close to some resto & shops as well. Breakfast is also nice.

Staff were lovely. Room was big enough clean and well appointed for 2 adults and one child. Fantastic view of the town river and matterhorn. Room cleaned daily and kindly. Breakfast grand. Ski boot Room excellent with easy access to bus for the lifts. Did not use the other facilities.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in one of the northern twin rooms (301) which was located on the 3rd floor and very quiet with the windows closed and had a great view of various mountains down the valley. It also had a balcony/chairs. The room was spacious with lots of room for our winter clothes and very comfortable. It had a kettle to make tea/coffee and the TV had several channels in English for bad-weather days.The bathroom was well laid-out and spotless clean. The wellness area was great to relax at the end of a cold day and consisted of two saunas, a steam room and several lounger beds to relax along with a supply of towels. The continental buffet breakfast had a good choice plus delicious scrambled eggs and was open until 10hr. There is also a ski-room but we didn’t use it as we were not ski-ing this time. The hotel is in a perfect location and just a 10-minute walk from the train station and right next to the lovely Church. The restaurants/bars/shops are right on your doorstep. There is a ski bus-stop next to the hotel otherwise the other ski lifts/trains are just a few minutes walk away.

Good central location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great sauna and steam room. Breakfast had the usual dairy products, bread, eggs and cured meats, fruits and coffee machine. You can walk either direction to the 3 main ski lifts system. 10-15mins

One of my fav. Places to stay while in zermatt. Great location. Great atmosphere. Very nice rooms, clean, comfy and with Matterhorn view. Nice spa area. Great value for money.

Friendly staff. Excellent wellness area. Ski room was top notch with exit close to the bus stop (but all the lifts are easily walkable). Full size bathtub and shower. Our room had a great view of the Matterhorn.

Clean and spacious room. The hotel staff made accommodations for us for arriving late at night to Zermatt, central to everything. Great to have breakfast to kickstart our day too!
