The room was huge with separate living and bedroom . Balcony offered great views of the town and the mountains beyond. Very clean and well furnished.

Front line staff were absolutely amazing and attentive. Apparently the room description I booked was different and it was rectified the second night. Breakfast staff were polite and helpful. The location is the best as it is near the train station and Gornegrat Bahn that goes to Matterhorn! Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Indeed, on a good day, we could see The Matterhorn as portrayed in the photos. The room we luckily got is very spacious, as one enters there is a foyer where in to one side leads to the living room, and the other side to the bedroom. The lounging and dining area (room) is spacious enough to even fit 4 people. It also comes with a balcony which has a direct view of the Matterhorn. We were informed of other facilities like a heated spa room and some more(if I remember correctly) , though we didn't get to use it. Nevertheless, the front desk and staff were helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staffs! So welcoming and always with a smile. Family suite room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Best location, just a short walk to train station and central with supermarket, restaurants and cafes.

Location was so so convenient! Hotel reception service was absolutely lovely as well! We also enjoyed the simple breakfast service they had. Overall, very happy with the service provided!
