Location is quite central about 5-7 mins walk from Zermatt train station and to Sunegga station for ski. Daily breakfast at Tannenhof hotel is great with a good spread.

Good central location Helpful staff. Large room with key safe and good WiFi. Beautiful balcony shared with other rooms. Coffee tea kit. Good value for money for expensive Zermatt. Good breakfast.

Close to train station, easy to get around from. Suits your needs if you're just wanting a bed at the end of the night. Heater worked well, which was good as it was freezing outside. We accidentally broke a glass during the night in the bathroom which we showed the cleaner in the morning. She was great about it and room was spotless on return.

The bed was decent, and the receptionist lady is friendly and kind! The location of the place is about 8mins walk to the main station. The heater works very well! The check in is in another hotel.

Great location, centrally located and walking distance to everything. Extremely clean and the housekeeping done an amazing job refreshing the room, doing more than what normal housekeeping would. The beds were very comfortable and heaters worked well. There was area you can leave your bags and also relax after you have checked out which was very convenient. Aside from a couple of minor things everything was perfect.

the outdoor balcony where we can open and experience the cold outside is nice. and the location is great, somewhere in the middle of the town.
