The fine print
Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. A shuttle service from the parking area or from the train station can be provided upon request by the hotel between 8 am and 5 pm and against a surcharge.In the mid-season (May/June and October) the lift to the village centre may have limited use.

Very welcoming, traditional and clean. Much better breakfast buffet than I had expected based on the photos, nice pool area pool, not hot, but definitely not cold. Either, one drawback is ski room does not have dedicated locked cabinets, but very easy to use elevator and tunnel system to get to the village since the hotel is high up on the hill would take quite the energy to walk back up. Altogether a very good experience nice choice!

We had an awesome stay. The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is excellent with big, comfortable rooms, a warm, cosy atmosphere and the views are outstanding; including of the Matterhorn from the indoor swimming pool. Breakfasts were a great start to the day. Located right in Zermatt it is easy to walk everywhere.

The property is well maintained and very clean, especially the pool/jacuzzi and sauna areas. The view towards the Matterhorn and the village are amazing. The breakfast in good.
