You will receive the link by e-mail 3 days before arrival.Our hotel door closes at 10:00 p.m. After that, access is only possible with a PIN code. In case of late arrival after 20:00 please contact the hotel at least 1 day before your arrival. You will then receive the PIN code.Guests can make use of the sauna a at an additional cost . Ski equipment can be rented in a partner store a 5-minute walk away; hotel's guests can receive a discount voucher at the reception.we offer a guest kitchen for free and we have new washing and drying machine coin operated, each load CHF 5.00Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Well fitted kitchen with lots of utensils. Located near the Zermatt Cable-car base station.

Very friendly staff. Place is close to one of the lifts. Could not do late check-out but they have luggage room and also some sort of 'public shower' so could use shower before departure. Ski room spacious, fitness room with basic equipment. Pretty quiet, warm enough. Bed was comfortable, extra pillows and stuff.

Hotel was clean and located at a convenient location from chair lifts. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They even kept our luggage safe in a secure location after checking out.

Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Thumbs up to the housekeeping staff in keeping the rooms neat and tidy and make it a very comfortable accommodation for me and my family. The shared kitchen is very well equipped with utensils, cutleries and a dishwasher as well. Excellent facilities.
