Hotel Overview

Offering a spa area and a restaurant, Europe Hotel & Spa is located within 700 metres from the Zermatt Train Station, the Zermatt-Furi Ski Lift and the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Station. Free WiFi access is available in all areas of the property.

2 steps to rent skis, 15 min to ski lift, nice food, nice spa ... sorry to go home :(

Location was fantastic, staff were very friendly and helpful and discreet. They knew it was my birthday and asked my husband if I wanted it to be low-key or not and then put very discreet tiny happy birthdays on the table with a beautiful hand-signed card. Nice!

Lovely hotel and facilities and the staff are very polite and friendly. Restaurant is very good and staff very attentive. The location is also very good being close to the Cathedral Square, and central. Overall first class hotel and Zermatt is beautiful.

Room was very nice and clean, got complementary Toblerone and an apple in our room on check-in. Didn't use spa facilities so I can't comment on those. Breakfast was also excellent, had a buffet of baked goods, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, juice etc. and the quality was quite good.
