Fantastic hotel with excellent service staff situated at ideal location near Centre and e-Bus station to all Skilifts. Delicious breakfast included.

Comfortable in a lovely alpine style with friendly, professional staff who make you feel very welcome. Bedroom beautifully designed with lovely furnishings and good bathroom. Nice extras like a welcome note with amenity; minibar included in the rate. Lovely garden - perfect for a quiet moment. On checking out a small gift was offered which was a lovely touch as was the free transfer to the station with my luggage. I will definitely stay here again.

Most charming hotel in Zermatt. Always best breakfast of all Swiss hotels we've stayed at over many years. Views of the Matterhorn and surrounding mountains superb. Garden especially nice. Kind, convenient Hotel Taxi service to / from the train station.

Excellent Location. Near centre of town, good restaurants and near Sunnega and Furi so u can choose how to go up the mountain. Charming breakfast. Service staff excellent.
