fantastic location with stunning view of the Matterhorn from the corner balcony. Swimming pool & spa excellent, loved the small outdoor heated infinity pool nice chilled bar area and great staff.

Amazing junior suite room with views of the Matterhorn. Bed very comfortable and a lot of storage room for hiking and ski clothes. Location was ideal - super central, yet removed from the busy Bahnhofstrasse. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection.

Everything is perfect especially the view of Matterhorn from every angles of pool,rooms,lobby & breakfast area. The hot/jaccuzi pools was perfect for adults and children. There is shuttle from train stations and its cute shuttle. The room was absolutely amazing with high level & huge.

The front desk/ hotel manager lady welcomed us warmly and she always answered our questions with warm smiles. Thank you for showing us around the facilities and thorough explanations! Also thank you for arranging shuttle service which made our journey much more pleasant.

The hotel is extremely pleasant, a great share of Swiss hostelry. Location is great, 2 minutes from the center and super quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is extremely clean, and swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are perfect after a long sight-seen day. We can only recommend warmly, and wished we stayed longer.
