Room is really well designed, new, nice, and clean. View from our balcony is really nice, can even see Mattterhorn from our room. Staff are nice and helpful! Facilities are great and we really enjoyed staying here.

Very good room! One of the best breakfasts of the entire trip. I recommend it to everyone! The service is very good, the view from the apartment is beautiful too!!

Everything was fantastic! Room was huuuuge, new, clean, the view - wow wow wow! I was running to the window in the morning because it was sooo beautiful! Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. There is ski room and a sauna, which was a big plus after a long ski day! Perfect place! Did I mention that they had a cozy fireplace and nice library with many interesting books about the mountains?!:) and….. it’s just meters away from a very good restaurant & a nice pub! I’m DEFINITELY coming back!:)

The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and informative. The room was perfect for our family of 4, very comfortable beds and spacious room. Great location with only a short walk to the gondolas, train and main eating streets. The included breakfast was great and friendly staff each morning offering additional items such as hot drinks. Lived learning about the history of the owners and their own climbing experience, great to have the real items used in climbs throughout the hotel.

The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to everywhere. The staff are very nice and happy to help organise hiking and daily activities. The view of the Matterhorn was very impressive from the room. The mountaineering style of the hotel is class and the ice axe for the door handle - wow so cool. Great place to stay

The location is very convenient, only a few minutes away from the train station. The room is very spacious and great view of the mountains.

Good breakfast (included in the room charge), clean and cosy, well decorated, comfortable, big room. Free sauna. Nice view of the Matterhorn at the entrance door, within walking distance to the train station. Responsive and helpful staff.
