The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, town center, and other key amenities. The buffet breakfast is delicious, offering a great start to your day. The pool and spa provide the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the Swiss slopes.

My family and I loved our family apartment at Arca. Just a short walk from the train station, supermarket across the street, friendly staff, incredible buffet breakfast and wellness centre. AND THE VIEWS!! WOW!

Excellent hotel, we had a kitchenette which was well furnished with everything we needed for cooking simple meals. Massive TV. Great spa, generous breakfast. Really appreciated locked fit luggage storage on final day

The architecture of this hotel perfectly matches the traditional Swiss style of Zermatt, which we really love. The facilities and staff at the front desk are excellent. It is also conveniently located close to the train station and the town center. The hotel even drove us to the train station on the day of our check-out, and we are truly grateful for their kindness. We booked the apartment with Matterhorn view. While you might not be able to see the full of it, but the view is still amazing.

Convenient location, 5-10 mins walk to Zermatt station. A nice family room for 4 persons, with kitchen facilities and attic room for kids. Nice breakfast. Porter service to bring our luggages to the train station cos snowing on our departure.

Good spread of breakfast. They had rice and sambal chilli as part of breakfast spread 😆 The heated pool looks really welcoming but we didn’t bring along our swim wear. Super convenient location - close to supermarket and train station.

Hotel is within walking distance to main train station. Free use of spa (warm jacuzzi pool, sauna and steam bath) as well as washer/dryer were the highlights of our stay. We booked two rooms (1) two bedroom apartment with Matterhorn view comes with two toilets with bathtubs which is a big plus (2) Studio North room for our family of 2 Ad + 3 teens. Both hotel rooms come with big balcony with good views and they were clean and come with fully equipped kitchenette.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the main railway station. Our room was spacious with a balcony with a view (which was an upgrade on what we booked). Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and spa are fabulous. Pool was lovely and warm - it was huge with massage jets and bubbles. There was a good selection for breakfast with plenty of vegan options. Easy access to the cable car (the bus stops close by) and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel was great , very traditional and comfortable décor . it was actually better than expected as the photos don't really do it justice , especially the pool etc . we had a great view of Zermatt from our 3rd floor balcony . breakfast was also great .
