Loved the spa and the rooms were quite spacious.. the Matterhorn view was amazing.. not a fan of the carpeted floors in the room though as they can get wet and start to smell a little

Location, staff, room very good and clean. I would like to compliment Marilyn (hospitality staff) who gives extra miles in making sure we are well settled and sent our luggage to our room after the room is good for check in at 3pm. We are offered good room with good view. Beds are good maybe pillow need to improve. I included the breakfast which is worthwhile.

The view is top-notch, and the spa is five stars! However, breakfast could be better (the cheese was cut too much, and it was dry, looking like it was from yesterday).

Lovely hotel, staff helpful. We loved the pool and jacuzzi's. The restaurant food was nice and a good choice at breakfast. Good location, really useful shuttle bus. The afternoon tea was a nice touch. Loved our room which had a balcony overlooking the Matterhorn.
