Hotel Overview

The Hotel Boutique Hotel Albana Real - Restaurants & Spa is located in the centre of Zermatt, a 2-minute walk from restaurants and shops and a 10-minute walk from all cable cars and trains. Free WiFi is available on site. A free ski shuttle is 50 metres away.
The rooms and suites all have a balcony, some offer Matterhorn views. The bathroom features full amenities such as bathrobe and slippers.
Breakfast is served in the dining room and dinner can be enjoyed in the exotic Thai restaurant Rua Thai or in the authentic Japanese Teppanyaki and Sushi restaurant Fuji of Zermatt.
The hotel bar and smoking lounge with fireplace offer the perfect atmosphere to enjoy an aperitif, drink or nightcap.

Beautiful room with lots of space. Staff were lovely and helpful in picking us up from train station. Bed was so comfy. We were early checking in and they took care of our bags and even put them in our room whilst we were exploring. Very clean and room service was perfect. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The Thai restaurant inside was so good and perfect when you didn’t want to travel far to eat. Very close to train station 5 to 7 minute walk. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was sublime and the saunas too. We loved our stay here and were so happy we booked it even though it’s a little pricey. Perfect views of Matterhorn waking up in our room. Was a dream! Would highly recommend!!

This is a super hotel, charming, well situated. Good welcome by Alex at the reception, all staff friendly and efficient. High standard in all domains. Delightful cosy room with balcony and view, beautiful bathroom, copious, quality breakfast with a large choice.
