Zermatt is a car-free village an can only be reached by shuttle train (every 20 minutes) from Täsch, where you can park your car.Please note that the spa area is closed during off season.

Breakfast is typically swiss and great for Europeans. There wasn't a cooked meal option but we would not have taken that anyway.

We stayed in an apartment. It was spacious, with two bedrooms and access to the rest of the hotel via elevator. The hotel is basically next to the Glacier Express gondola, so no long walking in skiboots required. The city centre is not far away too, and they offer luggage transport from the main train station.

Location perfect Apartment / room perfect - even though we didn’t use the kitchen etc. we pretty much used it as a room. Staff very welcoming and helpful

We stayed in an apartment. It was spacious, with two bedrooms and access to the rest of the hotel via elevator. 22 Summits is an amazing location, close the ski rentals, lifts, restaurants, bars and shops. It had all you need to stay for a period of time including a great little kitchen. The staff we encountered at the front desk, breakfast servers and cleaners were all super friendly and helpful. The experience was top notch!

Everything! Location, staff were friendly and helpful, it was very quiet, the spa area in the attached Boutique Hotel was amazing and cheap to utilise!

So beautiful and very close to the central. Everything you need is there - the washing machine was under repair but overall would definitely go back. We had a beautiful view of the matterhorn and the village too!
