Everything was TOP! I can highly recommend this hotel! Very clean, comfortable beds, big room with everything needed in it, good food and very nice staff. Location is top - city centre. I will come again 😊

Just had a one night sleepover, checked out early before breakfirst. Staff was kind enough to offer a lunch package. Wi-Fi connection was good.

I like everthing about this hotel. First of all staff is very polite, breakfast is very good and fresh, my room was very clean and comfortable and service of ironing was so quickly and polite. I would come again definitely.

(+) spacious room. the hotel feels a bit tired but it's well maintained / cleaned. (+) easy check-in / check-out, very nice and helpful staff (+) location is just perfect, in the center of the city (+) great breakfast (+) great value for money Do try the Dubrovnik restaurant next door, great food.

I was born in Zenica and I lived there for many years, and even some friends and relatives that I know used to work in that hotel and all I can say is that it is 10/10, never have any complaints, everyone is so lovely, the rooms are exceptionally clean, food is amazing, everything is provided to you, the location could not be better. This hotel deserves 5 stars in my opinion.
