Excellent location, the kitchen window was like a painting, we could see the lake, the mountains, so beautiful. Very clean room, big terrace, I liked the ''honesty card'' policy at the bar.:) walking distance to the main streets and one of the ski lifts. We will come back in the summer! Big, easy to access parking with electrical charging station, which was great since we have an electric car. Self check out process very easy. Pool was very nice, very crowded in the evening but not in the morning.

Breakfast was perfect and of good quality and variety. Corinna was amazing in helping to find and then send my daughters headphones she left behind - so helpful when she was panicking and upset that she’d lost them, thanks Corinna!

Great facilities like small gym, sauna and pool. Staff were helpful, conveniently located between city center, the lake and hbf. Quiet area. We loved the RITUAL soap, and mini kitchette.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage space and hooks. Small kitchen with fridge and coffee maker. The basement has a small pool, sauna and day beds which were very relaxing. Honesty bar and free coffee machine in lounge. Everything is smart and stylish. Easy walk around lake to train station and town centre.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The view from out room was amazing as was the quality of the room. Breakfast was outstanding, choice and freshness was everything you'd want. Counld't have been happier with our choice of hotel.

Very cosy, clean, everything looks new and beautiful, good breakfast. So sad, that the weather was bad and we couldn't enjoy the privileges, that came with the summer card included in booking.
