The house is perfectly situated for enjoying the nearby skiing. While located a bit outside the town center and next to a busy road, the views are spectacular and it is walking distance to the town’s restaurant and attractions.

A great property very close to lake front. Secluded enough for a large group, and exceptional facilities provided. It really made our stay and summed up Zell Am See as a great place to visit
