Staff amazing and very helpful. Bed super comfy. Location was excellent 5 minute walk to gondola and 2 minute walk to bus stop for ski bus to other lifts

Very helpful check in desk staff. The staff knows every question about tourist spots and how to get there by bus. And the room and very clean and tidy and quiet at night. And the location is very good for tourists. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in the middle of the town, so everything is walkable from there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

I had a nice two nights stay and I was pleasantly surprised by my room. It suited my needs perfectly and the staff were all great. Kind and helpful with every question I had during my stay. The breakfast was super and I also had dinner in the restaurant one might and it was also super. The staff, the food, the price. If I return to Zell am See I will definitely stay here again.
