The refurbishment, food, new Spa facilities, central location were all excellent- we had a wonderful Xmas at the Hotel Neue Post. Many thanks to Nadia and everyone there for making it so enjoyable.

Hello. The staff at the reception are great, smiling, helpful and always gave us advice and help. Especially Mr. David, who even spoke Czech, helped us with everything, from information on how and where to travel to various requirements. What we liked most about the hotel was the wellness and outdoor heated pool. The food was excellent, we just have a small complaint about the French onion, we didn't like it, but that's our opinion. The choice of three main dishes, the cold buffet and the desserts were great. I was most interested in the fish with cabbage in white wine, it was excellent. The cleaning lady came to clean every day. And the location of the hotel is in the middle of the town, a short distance from the lake, shops and restaurants. The downside was that you park in public garages for 16 euros a day, but it's a short walk from the hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was lovely. We really liked how they brought the traditional Austrian wood carvings from throughout the hotel into the modern rooms by printing these patterns onto the headboard. We also loved the spa facilities, the Aroma sauna was so soothing and the upstairs area to relax too. Breakfast was good with a great selection of very tasty fruit.

The staff really went above and beyond, they were all so helpful and friendly especially Florian, Monika and Laura. The accommodation was very clean and the rooms comfortable having just been refurbished. Breakfast was good and the outdoor pool and spa area were excellent. Location was perfect and the parking was great. My wife and I had a great time and will be back soon. The hotel is very well situated for the beautiful town of Zell am See and surrounding area.

Lovely rooms, and beautiful location! All the staff were super helpful and made for a wonderful stay. Rooms were good and recently refurbished, great breakfast. The hotel is also part of the summer card offer, providing discounts on activities and free public transport!

The location was great - just a couple of hundred metres from the lake. We couldn't fault the staff, the food or the room - all were well up to standard and then some. However, it was the amazing spa area that really bowled us over. Apparently it was newly fitted last year. What an absolute treat!
