Our fourth time in this hotel and already planning the next. We love everything about this hotel, fabulous facilities, great food,friendly helpful staff and perfectly placed for touring the beautiful black forest, I can't recommend the Klosterbraustubern enough

Staff was very pleasant and helpful except for the lady at the desk for the check in and the check out. She was rude, unpleasant and condescending. I've been travelling in Germany for many years and this was the worst.
