Room was a good size, with coffee machine. Discount on parking, but we had trouble parking our van. Our car was already too high to park upstairs. Luckily, someone left and made room for us. Parking may be a problem for late arrivals for bigger cars. Good breakfast. The hotel restaurant only accepts payment by card. Close to many restaurants, shopping options.

Easy going staff from the beginning to the end, great ! A very nice hotel, a spacious clean room, so were the beds too. The WiFi connexion was good. The breakfast buffet is really nice with a good range of fine products. One evening we had diner at the Grand Cafe, meals were ok, the service has to be improved but many young apprentices have still to learn, and they were friendly. It was a very good experience, keep on going.

I chose this hotel because it was very near to the hospital. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The deco is very unusual but I liked it. I am specially grateful to Enzo, I think this is his name, the italian guy at the restaurant, who was very thoughtful and attentive, and arranged a very special breakfast tray for my daughter, who was unable to go down to the restaurant.

Reception staff are wonderful..especially Bart and Richard..always with a great smile and very profesional attitute. Staff are 80% of a guest's overall experience, and it is a pleasure staying in this hotel with such a " familiar touch". Housekeeping is excellent.. our room 411, was cleaned meticously each day. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!
