The owners were immediately welcoming, spoke fluent English. We were treated to a Grappa and given lots of information about the area. Lovely evening meal, made to feel as if we were old friends. Comfortable and clean . Unexpected fantastic breakfast especially given the price we paid for the accommodation. Fully recommend to anyone visiting the area. Right on the Ciro trail. Great for family cycling or walking

Fantastic place. Clean, nice facilities, good food and reasonably priced. Location is great too and very quiet. The best accommodation I’ve had in BiH. Owners were very welcoming and interesting to talk to.

When you want really special and high level accomodation, this is the right place. Nice view to mountains, tasty breakfast, big appartment - everything was correct. Thank you, we really recomend to stay here. And we enjoyed "domaca rakija" :)

Close proximity to Croatia. The room could easily be a room in 5 star hotel. All spotless and very well thought off. Beautiful rich breakfast.

The best place we have ever been with incredible view and such amazing history. Thank you Ana and Teo for took care of us in every single thing (talks, atmosphere, delicious food and wine). It was such a pleasure to met you and spent time with you. We just back to home and planning next trip which we suppose come back to Zavala soon. P.S. Very humble and sympathetic hosts. Theo and Anna are taking very much care of you as a guest. They are welcoming cyclists. The guest house is located in the middle of a picturesque landscape of the Herzegovina mountains and on the Ciro trail where you find a lot of nature and quietness. One of the best experiences on my cycle trip through the Balkans. Highly recommended!
