The host of the villa were really nice & helpful during our stay. The location of the apartment is quite nice and close to a small pebble beach to take a quick dive into the water. Place is also close to several restaurants and supermarkets. Overall, quite a nice experience.

Lovely stay,right on the waterfront. Exceptionally clean. Owners so pleasant and kind, little English spoken but you get by. They phone their son if you Need to explain anything. Fridge is in the room with balcony for sitting out. 15min stroll to nearest restaurant , pleasant walk along the bay front. Supermarket can be found in this location also. In total very relaxing stay. Went to Dubrovnik in a taxi twice, totally awesome, tip - go late afternoon when cruise ship passengers have returned to their ships. We used Niko for taxis. Lovely stay thank you.

The always smiling and kind hosts are exceptional and make your stay as pleasant as possible. The accommodation is perfect for singels, couples and families if they want quiet and peace. The location is stunning with an amazing sea view. Thank you Villa Kukuljica for what you have offered us!

The room was quite big, with a small balcony and private bathroom. Seafront view is beautiful. Private access to the sea in front of the villa. The host is kind and supportive. The villa is well maintained. It's clean and spacious. Breakfast is available at additional price. We loved our stay a lot, in September 2024.

Beautiful villa on the coast of the Adreatic sea. Spectacular views from the balcony. Beautiful sunsets. Great, cosy and quiet location.

Great hosts, very kind and gentle. The position is really good for visiting the coast and Dubrovnik. The huge bonus is the seaside literally in front of the house. It is a pity we did not try the house breakfast

Everything was really good. Hosts were extremely friendly, whatever we asked (like for kettle, cups, some plates) they gave us. They offered for us even the shtrudel which was their handmade and really lovely. The house was big and nice and our apartment was nice with a big balcony and wonderful view. We also loved that the house is close to the sea with a two tables and sunbeds which you can use. Also after swimming there is outside shower.

Close to the sea snd the main road. We stop every year at Zaton near Dubrovnik. We love the area ,the people are very nice. The best part was that the owners had chairs and table which made it so easy to stay outside. There was an outdoor shower ,too.
