Friendly and helpful staff, close to Camino trail with restaurant on site. Comfortable large room with great shower. Good value.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. I stayed there while doing part of the Camino del Norte on my own; ladies at reception were very helpful, gave me advice and offered to help with my laundry for free. The location was perfect, 2 minutes from the sea, clean and comfortable room.

Good location near the Camino. Comfortable with a good shower. Near restaurants and bars but still quiet. Lovely reception lady. Restaurant under hotel does good food.

I had an 'inside' view room. It was clean and everything worked as it should. The window looks into the atrium which is a bit noisy and the light shines into your room. Sometimes brightly some times not. Could be easily fixed with better blinds. I covered with the bed spread. It was good value for cost. Restaurant downstairs ok but also other options in town.

Excellent accommodation, warm friendly family run hotel. Highly recommend. Great location near beach, transport. In the best square in Zarutz. Great food downstairs. Excellent!!!!

Perfect for a short stay but could have easily stayed longer. The room was lovely and bathroom was clean and grea4 facilities. We were fortunate to have a room in what appears as the basement but with a small terrace it felt bright and spacious. Probably would have been noisier with a room facing the square. Will definitely return when we can.

The location was fantastic. So close to everything you wanted. The staff are warm and friendly daily cleaning of your room. Option to reuse towels if you wanted. The restaurant down stairs had delicious options. Bed really is comfortable despite being in wheels. We were in room 15 and had our own balcony was fantastic to eat out there. Water pressure was fantastic! Easy walk to the train station or supermarket. Loads of restaurant options and the beach is just a few mins walk.
