Great hotel in a good central location for the centre of Zarautz, a really vibrant example of Basque Country. Very helpful lady on the reception provided good useful information as to where to eat as the day we arrived it was the celebration of Basque independence. Family run restaurant next door well worth eating at. Secure underground parking under the hotel great for our motorbike.

The receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and had the set menu. The food and service were very good. The hotel is in a great location near to the beach and the old town. Breakfast was ok.

We traveled on motorcycles and the secure basement parking was perfect for the trip. A special mention to Amaya who checked us in and made us feel very welcome.

We requested another room than the one allocated to us (for personal reasons). The staff made a serious effort to help us out, but in the end that did not work - However, when leaving, we found out that we only had to pay about half of the agreed tariff for our 2 night's stay.
