Perfect location, literally facing the cathedral and the main square. If possible, book a room with the landmark view. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Great value for money

There couldn't be a better location, right in front of the Basilica, and few meters away from all the old town and main streets. Rooms and all common areas are also totally fine. It could not be better for the price. So yes I would repeat.

Location wise nothing comes close! Thank you for granting my request for the room facing the plaza. Meet 2 staffs and very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is good too.

We had asked for a cathedral view, and certainly got it - spectacular location for the hotel and our room within the hotel. There are church bells starting at 8:00 am, but that did not bother us at all. The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant.

My friend and I stayed in Pilar Plaza on Jan 1-4 in room 317 (double room with a view). The room exceeded our expectations. It's facing El Pilar and room views are amazing! The room itself is not big, but for us it was more than enough. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, we slept like babies. The shower is modern with strong pressure. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is just perfect - everything is at your doorway! Main sightseing attractions are at walking distance, plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood (our favorite was Taberna 1941 a Pulperia - take boiled pulpos, cachelos, mejillones, zamburinas; El Real - beautiful views and beer and just few steps from the hotel), supermarket to buy water or other basic things, shopping street, etc. We couldn't have imagined better hotel choice for our stay!

Location - brilliant, opposite beautiful cathedral Room very comfortable and very clean View - we did not overlook the cathedral unfortunately Loved the shower in the bathroom

Exceptional location, but what a pity this hotel was a real let down, Staff were helpful. This could be an amazing hotel and perhaps it was at some time but not now. Far from it. It was very disappointing, More like "rooms" than a hotel. My room a a little balcony overlooking the beautiful cathedral and with the most amazing church music filling my room.
