Paul “Very good value budget hotel near the centre of town”

This hotel was excellent value for money. It's conveniently located off the Augustus Road, so is near the cathedrals and other tourist areas. Zaragoza is quite a distance from the train station, and while I did the 30-35 minute walk, it's easy enough to do by bus. The hotel itself doubles as a hostel and this made breakfast a bit chaotic, with a lot of folk (who may have been asylum seekers?). The choice was pretty good (bread, meat, cheese). The room was reasonably large and the bathroom and shower excellent. There was also a private outside terrace (it was December, so too cold to use). It had very generous check out time. Overall, for the price of a basic hotel, you get above basic quality. I'd certainly consider staying here again.

There's a style to this building that's just amazing. It may not suit everyone – and it is not a 'modern' cookie-cutter hotel – but we really enjoyed the old-world opulence of the lobby and common spaces.

Cheerful place. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Fantastic collection of paintings - good amateur copies of scenes from belle époque.

Good location, city center is accessible by walk. Staff was friendly. Modern smart TV in room. Kettle in the room. Air conditioning worked well. Interesting vintage interior, on different floors you can see different paintings, sometimes they are copies of famous authors, not expected. Good price and quality ratio. Despite it has few things need to upgrade, fix etc. it's still will be good option for budget travellers.

Room, breakfast was fabulous, the room was clean & staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location & close to tranvia , shops , pilar & city& cafes & bars amazing value for money.

Everything I need was there. Although the district seemed a bit noisy, the hotel offered me a calm night. Good location to go to historic part of Zaragoza .

Old fashioned hotel with character in a great location, only 2 minutes walk to cathedral and old town and very reasonable price and near tram stop.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My room lock was not functioning and they very quickly had someone on to fix it. The kettle in the room didn’t work and they brought me a new one right away.

I loved the decor- the art works & chandelier were very quirky. The breakfast was reasonably priced and the location was perfect.
