Old fashioned hotel but all important bits have been modernised. Quiet inverter air con , comfy bed and modern bathroom with good shower. Thick walls so no noise from others or from traffic. Secure off street parking.

Surprised how quiet it was in the room, given that the main road is adjacent. Not kept awake with road noise.

Convenient location, rooms upgraded and clean. Basic food available 24 hours. Very good value for an overnight stop. Even though it's next to the motorway, the quadruple glazing stopped all noise. Next to fuel station so can fill up too. Staff helpful.
