Amazing staff, they helped us with everything we needed. Hotel's location and swimming pool are great, especially when it is 38°C outside.

Location was good, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It is a large hotel, so perhaps a little soulless, and the service at the front desk was a bit hit and miss (we were kept waiting a few times for minutes, while staff carried on with admin, and we were not always acknowledged on exit or return, despite always offering greetings ourselves). Room was big, as was the bathroom, everything was clean. Pool towels were available for use on request. Good air conditioning.

The hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing by day and the restaurants in the evening. Rooms are very comfortable, no view but we were only sleeping there so not a problem. Rooftop pool was very welcome after a day sightseeing, it's small but great for cooling down although not many loungers. Breakfast was good. Selection of cereals, bacon and eggs, continental selection and fruit with plenty tea, coffee and fruit juices. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.
