Location - It is close to the gondola and there is a restaurant next door. About a 5 min walk to the main street with more options Staff - were friendly and helpful - they also provide a small discount for ski passes and rentals Room size - we booked a family room with a private bathroom and there was plenty of space - setup traditional japanese style (tatami mats)

Traditional Japanese hotel. Family of four, 3 beds and one futon. Kids happy with that arrangement. No facilities for food in room or available to buy onsite. Can cook own food like toast/cereal/noodles in communal kitchen. Onsen set up was amazing. Location brilliant for walk to chairlift - 5-8 min walk.
