Kindly be advised that for all reservations encompassing an overnight stay on the evening of December 31st, 2024, mandatory fees will be applicable. These charges amount to $200 USD per adult and $90 USD per child (aged 4 to 12 years old) and are associated with the inclusion of alcohol along with water and soft beverage packages. Alternatively, guests have the flexibility to opt for the non-alcohol package, which encompasses water and soft beverages without alcohol. This option also entails obligatory charges of $180 USD per adult and $90 USD per child (aged 4 to 12 years old) solely for the evening of December 31st, 2024. Additionally, a New Year’s Eve Deposit Policy is in effect (relevant for all reservations staying over on December 31st, 2024). The hotel necessitates a 100% non-refundable deposit for the entire duration of the stay, encompassing the compulsory charges for the gala dinner. This deposit will be collected 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Please take note: Guests falling within the age bracket of 0 to 12 years old are considered children at this establishment. Any individuals aged 13 years or older will be categorized as adults and will be subject to adult pricing.

It is a very beautiful hotel, nice cultural place, i liked the food (i had breakfast), the property was very clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were very polite and nice. I loved the sunset and sea views.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was first class, always varied. Hot cooked food, pastries & cakes, vegetable and fruit salad options excellent. Likewise dinner very good, and definitely exceeded other restaurant options in the Stone Town. Bedding very clean and comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect.

Park Hyatt - Zanzibar This hotel gets an absolute 5 stars from us. Firstly the staff were so welcoming and kind making sure every detail was in place, going over and beyond. Always smiling and greeting us kindly. Thank you guys. The hotel was stunningly beautiful and so was our room. The room was very clean, overlooking the ocean, and we felt very lucky to get an early check in, which was badly needed after the very long flight from Copenhagen. The amenities in the room were 5 star and very beautifully integrated into the Zanzibar styled rooms. The view from the room was amazing and calm and at the same time lively with different types of boats sailing in and people playing on the beach, doing morning yoga, with little to no noise. The food was excellent and the presentation of it, even more so. Among a lot of other things, they had at breakfast table thirst quenching coconut water and the coconut guy was always all smiles and ready to prepare a coconut for us. The omelette guy also made the very best omelettes ever! The staff was very helpful in arranging tours and transportation with a very capable guide (Seif) and a very safe driver (Abdul), the other drivers we tried on the island drove like hell. On our guided tour of historic Stone Town, it became apparent that the highly humid climate of the area enhances intensive mold growth on the buildings, it’s just a part of the towns charm. I do hope though that the Park Hyatt can and will always protect their beautiful building and especially their high class bathrooms from this mold, as there was a moldy smell from the bathroom. Thank you Park Hyatt for an unforgettable excellent stay at your hotel. I highly recommend the Park Hyatt to anyone traveling to Zanzibar ♥️♥️♥️

I loved the spacious, well-located property with a wonderful staff to take care of us. Rooms were beautifully designed and offered great views. Breakfast was lovely. They even had dosa, coconut water and potato kachori.
