An Infrastructure tax of US$5 per person per day is payable to the Zanzibar government. The tax is to be collected by the hotel accommodation from all in-house guests on behalf of the Zanzibar Revenue Board (ZRB). This amount is payable directly on check-in.We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3%.For bookings of up to 5 rooms, a different cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Very nice resort, about an hour from the airport. Friendly staff, good food and drinks. Would love to come back at some point. Even the WiFi was good enough, even made it possible to join a work meeting.

The resort is excellent, they make up for the lack of a good beach by providing everything else with style. They also graciously supplement that by providing free shuttles to a good beach nearby. The staff were polite and accommodating, the food was plenty in variety and delicious, the all inclusive services excellent. Hot water was a problem in our room though. I have to give a huge shout out to the spa, that was blissful heaven, a must try when in Zanzibar bay resort
