We had a warm welcoming by reception manager. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our short stay before going to the airport.. The location was excellent.

Very nice personnel, the communication was easy. The room was comfortable and clean. The hostel is located in a quite area, easy to reach from Forodhani or Darajani Market by walking.

Customer care was excellent, Friendly front-desk staff, very attentive to the client needs. The place is centraly located in Stonetown making walking around town and to the beach easily accessible. The Zava house provides top security, NO THEFT EVEN IF YOU LEAVE YOUR VALUABLE ITEMS IN THE ROOM whilst gone to town/ beach.
