Nicely designed stylish hotel. Very nice rooftop restaurant with great food and service. Comfy beds. Nice welcome amenities and teas. Service is mostly good.

The hotel had a lovely design, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms, making the stay very enjoyable. The whole place was impressive, and the breakfasts were delicious.

We loved how beautiful the property looked from a design point of view. The attention to detail is exceptional: from the materials of robes in the room, to the shower gel/shampoo… we loved everything about this property and felt very comfortable!

The hotel is beautifullly designed, tranquil and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at the restaurant and found it excellent. with plenty of options for vegetarians. I would happily stay again.

I stayed for 2 nights, I would like to thanks Miss Tatu, Elizabeth, Zeina,Hadija,Mr Célestin, for making my stay at Neelan’s pleasant. The working staff is incredibly friendly and amazing. The food was yummy, compliments to the chef. Also enjoyed the rooftop bar.
