The food selection was wide and fresh produce were used. Staff were helpful and friendly. The ability to rent e-bikes is a really nice touch. The resort is well located for sightseeing

The Zen Garden resort was a home away from home. The whole family loved it! We stayed at the A-shaped buildings, which were comfortable and elegant. There was space for all of us to enjoy the days together. The food was delicious. It is a beautiful place and, as its name suggests, is truly a place to relax to the core of the body & soul. The staff was very helpful and assisted with many things, including giving us a ride to buy milk, going to the zoo, and even going to the end of the road to the Balaton River public beach, and having us picked up from the airport... The resort is DESIGNED for children and has many possibilities, from an outdoor swimming pool to a trampoline, indoor and outdoor playground, basketball, and more... For water activities, don't miss the sailing boat to see the sunset; we had one on our second night and loved it! Also, kayaking and sap are available... To explore the area, we took electric bikes for a ride...and it was so much fun we did it again on our fourth day. And there is, of course, the amazing garden all around that I walked through every morning to practice Shinrin-Yuko, to rejuvenate and create a peaceful inner space...see the pictures attached...

Scenic surroundings of the resort, both inside and out in the Balaton lake vicinity. Pool cleaned daily at night, quiet restful place inviting serenity but also fun for kids.

We arrived by train to the station and we were met by the host and given a ride in an e-car to the premises with a tour around the facilities. We stayed in a cottage in a beautiful green environment, very calm and relaxing. Number of available activities - petanque, basketball, volleyball, football, jogging, tennis, badminton, bike rental. Massage and sauna programs available. The pool was closed as the summer season has not started yet. The breakfasts were good, the dinners a la carte were tasty and well served. The staff were friendly and responsive.
