Only stayed here for one night and I was roughly impressed. The room was stunning and the bed was so comfortable, room had all facilities and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is inside the city, 2 minutes from the center. Everything is easily accessible. The breakfast is perfectly fine, the staff is helpful. Reading other reviews, we had similar issues. It was cold in the room, you could only heat it with the air conditioner, which was loud, so we didn't use it at night. Normal towels were not provided, only hand towels, there were no bathrobes, parking was quite overpriced. The jacuzzi was not working, although someone came to help, but it stopped every 10 seconds, shock. However, in our case, the staff always helped, and we absolutely appreciated that. Thank God we had a parking space, but it was the most expensive we ever paid in Europe. It would be better if they put it in the room, then it wouldn't be so blood-curdling. Regardless of everything, we had a good time.

An excellent and quiet hotel for families. The location is very excellent, close to the center. The staff are very helpful, especially the employee Anita. She helped me a lot, even with some of the mistakes I made when booking. She helped me and provided me with the best solutions. I will visit again and recommend it.

The hotel was in a good location, not too far from the centre. Breakfast was really good with good selection of food. Balcony with mountain view. Room size was bigger than usual.

The location of the hotel is the best you can find. Rich and delicious breakfast. Very good quality to price overall - highly recommend it.
