The location, not far away from centre. Just 20 mins by walking The restaurant and breakfast were amazing The receptionist that speak Italian was very nice and helpful The spa is a plus considering it is free from 16 to 22 pm for the guests Bed was comfortable and the room very clean with a small sofa. They provide bathrobes and sleepers also.

The property is located near (~2 min walking) the Nosal mountain with an amazing ski resort. The city center is a bit far away (~3 km) but if you have a car, that is not an issue. In addition, there is a bus stop close to the hotel. Being far from the city center makes the location very quiet and peaceful. There are at least two shops in a walking distance where any basic products can be purchased. The hotel itself is stylized as an old / a typical house from Tatra mountains area. It is simply beautiful. The hotel restaurant serves super delicious food and the staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are specious, clean and with all necessary items. What is more, there is also a SPA on the ground floor of the hotel. Basic amenities (saunas, jacuzzi, chilling salt-filled areas) are free of charge for hotel guests.

This place is fantastic. Great location, several attractions from the hotel are in a 20 minute car ride or are easyly accesabble by walk. If you prefer you can even book a taxi to Morskie oko. The room was comfortable, the breakfast versatile and delicious and the staff exceeded all our expectations. They were amazing, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend trying the hotel's restaurant as it's worth all the hype. There is no question we will come back in the near future.

The hospitality was excellent. I accidentally left something behind, but they responded promptly and sent it to me right away. I’m very grateful, as it was something important to me. Of course, the hotel itself was also great.

The restaurant is one of the best we visited in Poland the rooms were clean The stuff is very kind the lady at the reception was very helpful and extremely nice indeed a wonderful person
