The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. We also loved the beautiful spa area, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Excellent place to discover Zakopane. Very good place to stay with family. The breakfast was excellent. The location is excellent to walk to the Zakopane main streets with restaurants and shops.

Great staff, great location, great breakfast, but the hotel has a very poor sauna service. It only has 2 saunas, there is NO place to rest while using saunas because all the lounge chair are occupied by people using the swimming pool. And there was no attendee to tell people using the pool to take off their swimming suits off when entering saunas. The pool was cold so the people came to saunas to get warmed up. This is by far the worst sauna experience we had in many hotels we stayed at. And there was NO cold fresh water to dip in. The mattresses in the rooms definitely need to be changed or upgraded.

The interior design was stunning, with incredible attention to detail. The staff were polite and attentive, making the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay! We had room with the mountains view, definitely worth it. And here we had the best breakfast ever! Nice spa area with saunas and pool. Highly recommended!

Elegant hotel with superb facilities. Comfortable beds, excellent buffet breakfast.Best breakfast we had In Poland staff excellent Rooms were stunning, a great view of the Tatra mountains from the balcony. Cannot fault a thing. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a memorable stay.
