Due to the change in tax regulations, the NIP number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a graduation tower, a tepidarium and a caldarium is open to children aged 7 and over. From 17:00 there is a silence zone in the Relaxation Zone and only adults can use it. Admission is additionally payable and amounts to PLN 25/2h for an adult and PLN 15/2h for a child.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location just near the ski slope. Unfortunately the facilities on the slope are quite basic. The interior of the hotel is of a reasonable quality, and all was very clean.

Great location a little outside the center right next to the skislope and woods. Great interior design and very good a la carte restaurant (a little pricy but worth it!). Comfy and big beds! Very nice and modern kids corner with lots of different activities for all ages.

Stunning pool area! Food in the restaurant was amazing. Best breakfast we’ve ever had. Comfy. Even the toiletries were great. Soft play / kids zone 10/10 and very clean.

Amazing, nice, clean, amazing breakfast, dinner buffet was very good. Also restaurant serve good quality food. Room with view over the mountains was amazing. For sure we will return😊😊

Breakfast was really good, lots of options Great view from the hotel Its near to the city centrum We used the swimming pool area and sauna, it was great to relax at night Beds were comfortable

The main reason why we came back to the hotel is the location - slightly outside of downtown but still - 15 mins from the center. There is a lot of space for a car, and there is an extremely nice mountain view.

Breakfast and rooms are fantastic. All facilities are very clean. Proximity to gondola lifts is super convenient. Great location with a nice mountain view. Spa and wellness was excellent. If you want to go to the center, there is a hotel mini van which is paid small amount.
