This is an absolute gem. The single problem was I couldn’t find it, as a huge Christmas decoration covered its name and it’s just off the Main Street! The helpful night porter came to save me! It’s a really lovely place, very central, nicely themed, comfortable bed and great staff. It’ was also exceptional value for me as a single traveller this time at £75 including breakfast.

The location is simply the best -in the very heart of the city, on the boarder between the lower city and the upper city, surrounded by restaurants and bards and in the middle of all the Christmas activities, with their own advent market in the yard. The staff is super friendly and helpful

We recently stayed at this hotel in Zagreb and had a great time. The location is fantastic, with lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Free parking nearby was a big plus, making everything easier. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of tasty options. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zagreb—it's comfortable, well-located, and offers great value.

Fantastic Hotel in Central Zagreb. Lovely Staff, so very friendly. Great breakfast with good coffee. A lovely cafe lounge is situated in the Hotel. It is so warm and cosy, a perfect place to have a Mulled wine. The hotel is situated up an alley/walkway which has some shops and has bar stalls which open in the afternoon. There are heaters and music and of course there are so many Christmas lights to set a wonderful atmosphere. All closes up at 10pm sharp so you won't be disturbed.

The location was good, very central. Hotel had a cosy feel and felt homely. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was adequate with a fairly good choice, Had good access to the upper town with the steps at the rear of the hotel and also the funicular just round the corner. Rear of the hotel very pretty with Christmas lights and decorations. Overall a good stay.
