The hotel entrance can not be reached by car since its located in the pedestrian zone. The hotel's private parking is approximately 100 meters away. Hotel staff is available to assist with the luggage.The parking lot is accessed through the pedestrian zone, so please disregard the left turn prohibiting sign as the hotel’s guests freely enter this zone with vehicles. The parking entrance has a ramp and speakerphone on it that will open upon identification. Please cross the street and use the long corridor marked "Marićev prolaz" that will lead you to the hotel’s entrance.Parking address: Praška street no. 5This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it ideal for exploring the city, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which is a big plus.

Very central hotel on the border of lower and upper town in Zagreb. Very spacious room, offering a king bed, comfortable chairs, kettle and small fridge. Perfect for a city break. Loved the view onto the main plaza. Also the little touches, like a chocolate by our bed. The buffet breakfast offerings covered everything from cereals, fruit, cold meats, cheeses to eggs, bacon, sausages and even littles cakes to enjoy with tea and coffees. We even enjoyed a glass of bubbles to celebrate our holidays end.

The location of the hotel is great. You can reach good restaurants and shops easily, as it is in the hearth of the city. The breakfast is good, but don’t expect good coffee. In the room you can find slippers, which are useful, as carpets in the room are old and quite dirty.

Excellent location for my work. Breakfast variety and quantity was fine. Room facilities were adequate. Room services (used twice) were excellent. Food was very tasty and prepared relatively quickly.
