The reception staff are very helpful & kind & what ever we asked they kindly help us specially directions to where we wanted to go. Our passports are secure in their safe & done the flight checking in before going back to UK. The cleaners are also good.

I had an excellent experience staying at this hostel! Check-in was incredibly easy, even though I arrived late at night, as they operate 24/7, which is super convenient for travelers with unpredictable schedules. The location is unbeatable-right in the heart of Zagreb city center, close to all the main attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet spot that feels completely removed from the hustle and noise of the city. The staff were amazing-friendly, kind, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The toilets and showers were functional and well-maintained. Overall, this hostel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and great service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zagreb, whether for a short trip or an extended stay!

The location is excellent, right in the City centre, there is free parking available, and the staff is very polite and welcoming.

Well, it was urgent so I cannot say much. But overall experience was 8 out of 10! For the price I've got what is expected to get for that so, no complaints.

I only stayed for the night as travelled in and was travellin to another country the next day Check in was simple was it was in a great location to catch my coach the next day
