I felt the hospitality and warm welcome from the host providing us their home made cheese plate, it was delicious. Much appreciated your fast response to the matter and find alternative to resolve it thus not prefect You deserved to have 5* reviews

The location was perfect, only about 10 min from Trg Bana Jelacica. The tram station is right outside if needed and about 15 min from hotel to Zagreb busstation by tram. The room (or actually the apartment with 2 rooms) was very nice. One room did not have a window, but we knew this by reading the reviews. It didn't bother us that much for the weekend stay. The walls are a bit thin, we could hear the quests in the room next door. It was a group of young people and they were a bit noisy. However that wasn't a problem when sleeping, as we could just close the door of the bedrooms. We didn't hear any traffic, so we could sleep very well! The host was very polite and replied quickly on my messages.

The location is excellent, the apartment is well equipped. Parking near .The hosts are available, very kind. They welcomed us with fresh homemade lemon and orange juice, while on the last evening they brought us homemade wine and a local appetizer board.
