Everything. the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. we contemplated spending an extra night and the manager was willing to give us the room at the same rate we got it for months ago even though the price was 50% up. the hotel is beautiful, nice location, breakfast on point.

Loved the location and the hotel setting. It's super central, so getting around is very easy. Walking in is like you have entered the Orient Express experience, packed with history and little details to enchant your senses and mind.

Exclusive, lavishly decorated, historically important hotel in the heart of Zagreb. I have been here before and chose the same hotel based on the previous experience. Staff are super helpful and attentive, and they always treat you with respect and a friendly smile:-) Try the strukli at breakfast - according to my other half - it is something to die for
