Best hotel ever! It was better than I could ever expect. Room was perfectly clean, big, very comfortable. We asked for kids bed, and they gave kids bed, kids toy, kids chair and everything what we could need for baby, that was super nice. And breakfast super nice too! My top in Zagreb, without doubts ❤️

Pros are: Location was good, short walk to main park /city center. Room is good size and clean: Cons: room did not even offer cups to drink water or to brush teeth. I booked the room mainly because it has elevator to rooms on 3rd floor since I have large luggage and included breakfast, but what I was not informed upfront was there was a set of 10 steps from building entrance to elevator in which I had to carry luggage which was difficult given the steps were narrow yet side slope was too steep to walk nor to pull your luggage at the same time. Also, owner agreed to serve breakfast at 8am instead of 8:30am as I had a morning tour to join, but morning staff came late and also refused to make breakfast for me. Owner did apologize later but I wish owner provided more service and was present for check in to ensure all needs can be met smoothly. Based on my experience, I felt the room was over-priced.

The best is people who manage the property. Also location is excellent: quite but very close to attractions. The place itself is overall nice and comfortable. Breakfast is good enough - they even offered omlete!

Situated within easy walking distance to the Ban Jelačić Square and many restaurants and cafes, the property is comfortably set up with clean rooms adjoining a common breakfast area in an old but well-maintained building. The breakfast has a good spread with meat and veg options, and beverages and cookies are available 24/7. Lina is very helpful and pleasant. The tourist brochures and guides, and the umbrella, were handy and helpful to have in the room. Self-check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

My room was really spacious, modern and very clean and comfortable. The building was old and elegant. We loved the antique lift.
