Excellent. From self-check-in through communications with staff to check-out, everything worked well. We felt a bit cold at one point, just said it, and the room was heated in two seconds. :) The location is excellent, too; it is just in the city centre, walkable to any location in the city; we had to catch a very early train to Ljubljana, which was probably less than a 10-minute walk to the train station. It was also maybe 2-3 minutes walk to the main square. Overall, this was an excellent choice. And one more point: the room is beautiful :) Felt very welcome

Very good location for exploring the city. Breakfast was pleasant, they’ve let us leave our baggage earlier. Clean and comfortable beds, bathroom was all right with good water pressure.
