A very nice little apartment. We loved the (2!) balconies and the comfortable bed. Nice hot shower, too. Family Hegic was so nice and forthcoming. On the first day we came waaay to early but they had the room ready in no time and explained all of the surroundings, restaurants and activities. Every time they saw us, they were really kind, asked if we needed anything and if we slept okay. We extended our stay, which was no problem at all. The apartment is around 10 minutes away from the beach. You can cook in the apartment and eat breakfast on the balcony. If you want to go to the old town, you can take Bolt - it costs around 6-8€. In conclusion: nice, calm apartment, nice people, you have your own privacy but still someone relatable if you have questions. Big recommendation!

The stay was absolutely exceptional. The host met us on the arrival day and handed out the keys even before the check in hour, despite the fact that the facility was almost full, it was quiet, clean and comfy. The host replaced our dirty towels on demand and was always helpful and friendly - recommended us a few great restaurants, beaches, bars and sightseeing spots. Would definitely visit that place again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Our host was a very kind and helped us with recommendations for Zadar. His mom was the most lovely lady with the kindest heart, she gave us everything that we needed or everything we forgot. Their hospitality was amazing and I can only recommend staying here! It was a spacious room with two balconies and a big bathroom. It had everything we needed, from cooking facilities to a good AC.
